Three Words to Describe Edward: Knowledgeable, experienced, honest

Education:  Medical School: University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine

Internship and Residency: Johns Hopkins Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics

Dr. Evantash received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine as a Penn Scholar.  After completing an internship and residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics at Johns Hopkins in 1993, he joined the faculty at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston.  As an assistant professor at Tufts, he directed the medical student clerkship and was Division Chief of General Obstetrics and Gynecology.  In 2009, Dr. Evantash became the Medical Director and Vice President of Global Medical Affairs at Hologic.  Upon retirement, he was named CMO at Alydia Health focusing on the treatment of post-partum hemorrhage.  Since 2020, Dr. Evantash has been offering the full spectrum of medical and clinical consulting for technology companies and investment groups.

Education: Master’s of Science in Nursing (Nurse Midwifery and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner): University of California, San Diego and San Diego State University; BSN from Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann University; ASN from Gwynedd-Mercy University

Kathy is a Certified Nurse Midwife and a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. She has a strong passion for providing professional education and clinical support for novel products to increase their utilization in mainstream clinical practice. Her professional goal is to do what she can to improve women’s healthcare.
