Getting Ready

Here are some suggestions to prepare for your dilation session and to make it as comfortable as possible:

  • Choose a time when you are not feeling rushed and will not be interrupted
  • Find a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed
  • Try dimming the lights, lighting a scented candle, and turning on some relaxing music or peaceful imagery
  • Consider having a notebook nearby so you can record your dilation progress with Milli, and the sensations, thoughts, or questions you have along the way
  • Some people find that they are more relaxed after taking a warm bath or shower
  • Others may find that it’s a little easier to relax while listening to a guided meditation or relaxation session. Consider listening to one of the audio sessions below:

Preparing Your Milli

  • Be sure to have your Milli dilator charged and clean before you start
  • Have some water-based lubricant available, which may make insertion easier

IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not using lubricants that are silicone-based, as they may damage the soft silicone on your Milli device

After You’re Done

  • Remove the wand either in its expanded state or press the – button until the wand retracts and then remove it
  • Turn off your Milli by pressing the – button until the display reads “0”. It may take a few minutes for the display to turn off
  • Clean the wand of your Milli dilator with mild soap and water. You can wipe the handle off with a moist towel. IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not submerge your Milli or clean with harsh cleansers like alcohol as this may damage the device
  • Completely dry Milli before returning it to its discreet charging case

After You’re Done
